Rates, Insurance & Policies

Rates

Below are the fees recommended by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, however, cost varies depending on the treatment or program in which you are enrolled. Please contact Tandem for more information.

Recommended Fees:

$220 per session for individual/assessment

$65 per group session

Insurance

At this time, we do not provide direct billing to insurance providers. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychology services.

Payment

We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Fees are due at the end of each session. If attending group, payment is required at the beginning of the group. A receipt will be provided upon payment, which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement (as applicable per your plan).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Email Policy

Please note that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed if you choose to communicate through email. Please limit personal and confidential information sent through email. If you choose to send us information through email, you do so acknowledging these risks.

Social Media Policy

Our clinicians do not accept friend requests or any other type of online social networking connections with former or current clients. This is to protect your confidentiality and our privacy. Please avoid contacting your clinician or our team through messaging services on social networking sites as these are not secure sites and your confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. The best method to connect with us is through phone or our direct email account.
